Rexx Cummings is a Serial Entrepreneur and a self-made millionaire who has helped enterprises build their names and grow their businesses. Remaining profitable in these difficult times is a nightmare for many big and small businesses around the globe. Rexx has been able to help several of his clients remain massively profitable during this Covid-19 crisis.

We recently Interviewed Rex to know more about his journey, how to remain profitable in these difficult times and his success mantra.

Kindly describe your journey as an Entrepreneur so far.

My journey as an entrepreneur has been a highly rewarding one. Yes, everybody faces challenges in the beginning but the real fun is when you successfully bounce back. It’s been over 9 years and after working with hundreds of clients and after helping manage and grow multiple seven- and eight-figure eCommerce stores, I can say that my experience has been deeply satisfying.

What were the initial challenges that you faced in your endeavour?

For me, understanding the dynamics of the market was a bit challenging in the beginning. However, it’s a part of the game. You learn and you evolve. To overcome the challenges, I put in extra hour of work in understanding the ins and outs of the game.

During this pandemic, you have helped sellers on Amazon remain profitable when many sellers are struggling. Tell us more about this experience.

Covid-19 has been one of the worst nightmares for many small businesses. Even big players are facing the heat.

However, I have leveraged my years of experience in helping small businesses remain profitable even in these gloomy times. I continue to manage Amazon e-commerce businesses for most of my clients, helping them remain profitable in these difficult times. Even though the business sentiment all over the world is bearish, I have been consulting with my clients and other stakeholders from all corners of the world. Of course, my team of professionals has been an immense source of support.

We have been using reseller-friendly suppliers, wholesalers and distribution companies that use a variety of fulfillment methods like, including drop shipping, Private Label, FBM, and FBA, to maximize earnings.

We also entrust multiple tools and software to source products and manage inventory, phone, and email support to create a top-rated, profit-generating online business.

Having said that, what are some of the things one can do if he or she is beginning from scratch?

Yes, the online world has become crowded but with the right guidance, one can easily become successful in the e-commerce world.

To begin with, one needs to understand the basics of e-commerce. By the way, my team and I offer online business courses focused on Amazon and ticket automation, and general e-commerce principles which have benefited hundreds of my clients. We believe in providing free initial consultations so that our clients get to know who we really are. Along with that, we provide one-on-one mentorship programs, online training, automation coaching sessions.

So that our clients remain updated with the latest trends, we provide updated educational resources which they can access from anywhere in the world.

Anyone who is about to begin his or her journey as an e-commerce entrepreneur needs to understand that this place can be brutal if you just want to try this ‘business’. However, if you come really prepared, you can make some serious money.

What are your suggestions to amazon sellers to remain profitable during or say after  the coronavirus crisis? What strategies can they adopt?

‘Evolving’ is the keyword, I would say. One has to understand that this pandemic has hit rich and poor, young and old alike. You don’t have to be afraid about the whole situation. Rather, you need to adapt to the situation. Make necessary changes in the way you handle tickets and respond to your clients. Try to understand the market we will be entering in say 3-4 months or when the pandemic gets over. Start building your presence on these platforms around such businesses. Also, always focus on giving top notch experience to your clients. They might forget the product you are offering to them, but they will never forget the experience they had.  I am sure, like all bad times, this time shall also pass.
